The following statement explains our policy regarding the personal information we collect about you.

When you supply any personal information to AR Cleaning Services we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use that information. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it (see the notices on particular web pages that let you know why we are requesting the information).

The information you provide directly to us will only be used by ourselves. We will never pass this information to any third parties and you can ask for us to delete the information you have given us at any time. Your information will be disclosed only where we are obliged by law.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met, or, in the case of newsletter subscription you no longer wish to receive it. In the case of competitions we will only hold your information for as long as is necessary to complete the service. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If we receive your information for a competition entry we may contact you if the information you have provided appears incomplete or incorrect or if we change the terms of a competition.

The only information we will hold about you is that requested when you fill out any of the forms on the website or information you send to us by separate email. If at any time you feel that we have other information about you which we should not have please contact us and we will check to make sure that this is not the case.
