QU.1 Will my carpets be wet after you have finished?

NO. The advanced machines we use remove nearly all of the moisture from your carpets as we clean them. They will feel just slightly damp to the touch, and after a couple hours will be fully dry. Our cold air turbo dryers reduce this time even further, and in many cases by the time we leave your home most of your carpets will be dry.

QU.2 Will my carpets shrink?

NO. We regulate the temperature of the cleaning solution and remove most of the moisture from the carpet, eliminating the chance of shrinkage. Our turbo dryers only blow cold air so cannot damage your carpets and upholstery.

QU. 3 How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

Every household is different. If you hoover regularly, have no pets or children and take your shoes off when you enter your house then your carpets will stay cleaner for longer. Most carpet manufacturers recommend that you get your carpets cleaned every 12 months. If you or your family suffer from allergies, this can be reduced by more regular cleaning. Some of our clients get their carpets cleaned every six months.

QU. 4 How long does it take?

Every home varies depending on the colour of the carpet or upholstery and how soiled they are. We can give a good estimate whe you make a booking or call for a quote.

QU. 5 How can I pay you?

We only accept cheques or cash at present.

QU. 6 Which areas do you cover?

There is a link to a map under "Where we work" on the left of this page which gives a better idea as to the areas we can cover. If you have a large number of carpets requiring cleaning we can travel outside this area subject to prior agreement.

QU. 7 When are you open, when can you clean my carpets?

We answer our phones Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sundays from 8am to 12pm. The last appointment time is based on us finishing by 8pm. We start regular appoinments at 8am and work 7 days a week. For commercial work we work around your opening times and where necessary will work outside our regular hours.
